Try this simple breathing exercise when you want to change your emotional state, clear stagnant energy or energise yourself.
Start by taking some slow deep breathes, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. 1 cycle will be a slow and deep breath in and and slow and deep breath out. Allow your stomach to expand on the inhale. Allow your stomach to deflate on the exhale. Complete atleast 10 cycles of that circuit.
Next inhale through the nose taking in as much air as is comfortable for you and then forcefully exhale this air and continue breathing in this way. Inhale to full capacity through the nose and exhale to full capacity through the nose. You clear stagnant energy from the lungs with this simple exercise. If you wish to you can do this breathing exercise sitting cross legged with your palms facing upwards and hold the intention that you are absorbing universal or cosmic energy through your hands and your nose.
