Egyptian Energy Healing And The Light Body Merkabah

I have spent the last few years going back to visit the Egyptian concept of the energy body. It took me a few years to even work up the courage to do so since it had been programmed into me through religious doctrine that the Egyptians were polytheist and not worshipping “The One True God”. I will leave my thoughts on that for another day. What compelled me to research their beliefs was the fact that whatever they were doing helped them to achieve many things. There was clearly an Egyptian Golden Age where they did many wonderful things and likely some things that we might deem crazy in this day and age.

Throughout this golden age of Egypt, the Priestesses and Priests of Light understood the sacred architecture of the soul — the Ka, Ba, and Merkabah. There was a definite process and way of living that they followed which echoed the mysteries and mythological teachings found else where in places like Greece and Rome. These mysteries taught that humanity was never meant to live in separation but to embody the divine in human form. The Egyptian spiritual path invited us to become divine humans incarnate — radiant, conscious, and awake to the eternal light within.

When we disregarded these ancient teachings, we lost a vital piece of our collective memory. We forgot that enlightenment was never meant to be a distant goal, but a living practice — to awaken divinity within the body. Modern society began to worship external structures, overlooking the truth that each person is the temple, the altar, and the flame of God embodied.

Yet this wisdom is returning, calling us back to the remembrance that heaven was always meant to be lived through the human heart.

The Ka: The Vital Life Force

The Ka is the divine spark — the breath of life that animates all beings. It is the energy that flows through every cell, nourishing your physical and spiritual vitality. When your Ka is strong, you feel vibrant, centered, and full of purpose. When depleted, the body and emotions lose harmony.

To strengthen the Ka:

  • Breathe consciously: Draw golden light into your solar plexus and heart.
  • Anoint yourself with sacred oils such as frankincense, myrrh, and blue lotus.
  • Stand in sunlight: Feel the rays of Ra filling your energy field.
  • Invoke gratitude and prayer to nourish the soul’s connection with Source.

The Ba: The Eternal Soul

The Ba is the immortal aspect of you — the soul bird that transcends time and space. It carries your higher wisdom, your gifts, and your divine purpose across lifetimes. The Ba connects you to the celestial worlds, the stars, and the divine feminine consciousness of Isis and Hathor.

To awaken the Ba:

  • Meditate on your soul star chakra, located above your head. Visualize a radiant orb of white-gold light.
  • Chant sacred tones, such as “Ah” or “I Am Light.”
  • Journal with your soul, asking: What does my spirit want to express through me today?
  • Use rose and sandalwood oils to open the heart and higher mind.

When you awaken your Ba, you begin to hear the whisper of your soul — your divine guidance that leads you to purpose and alignment.

The Merkabah: The Chariot of Light

When the Ka (life force) and the Ba (soul) unite, the Merkabah is activated — your chariot of light. This sacred geometry of interlocking tetrahedrons spins around your body, forming a star of balance, love, and divine protection. It allows the soul to travel between worlds and ascend in consciousness.

Ways to Activate the Merkabah:

  1. Heart Meditation: Focus on your heart as the meeting place of heaven and earth.
  2. Breath of Unity: Inhale light from above and below into your heart, exhaling peace outward.
  3. Sound Activation: Chant “RA-MA-KA-BA” — merging solar light, divine feminine, spirit, and soul.
  4. Visualization: Imagine your body surrounded by a star tetrahedron of golden-white light, spinning gently.
  5. Anointing Ritual: Use rose and blue lotus oils on your crown and heart while affirming:
“My body is the temple, my heart is the altar, and my light body is my Merkabah.”

Jesus and the Divine Human Temple

The teachings of Jesus mirror these same mysteries. He reminded us that the divine kingdom resides within:

“The Kingdom of God is within you.” — Luke 17:21
“Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” — John 2:19
“You are the temple of the living God.” — 2 Corinthians 6:16

Just as the Egyptian initiates learned that enlightenment was achieved through the unification of Ka and Ba, Jesus revealed that ascension happens within the living temple of the human heart. His message was not of escape from the world, but of embodiment — to live as the Christ Light, the divine human manifest in love.

How to Connect with the Soul to Activate Your Inner Divine Light and Purpose

Your soul already knows the map of your divine purpose. To access it, you must quiet the noise of the mind and open the heart — the throne of the divine self.

1. Create a Sacred Space:
Light a candle, burn frankincense or rose, and sit in stillness. This signals your soul that you are ready to listen.

2. Call Upon Your Higher Self:
Close your eyes and place your hands on your heart. Say aloud:
“I call upon my higher self and soul presence. May my divine light awaken fully within me.”

3. Feel Your Inner Flame:
Breathe into the center of your heart. Imagine a small flame flickering there — the eternal light of your soul. With each breath, see it grow brighter, filling your chest with warmth and radiance.

4. Ask and Receive:
Ask your soul:

  • “What am I here to create or serve in this lifetime?”
  • “What gifts am I ready to share with the world?”
  • “How can I embody divine love more fully each day?”
Write the words that arise — even subtle impressions are guidance.

5. Anointing and Intention:
Use sacred oils such as rose, blue lotus, or sandalwood to anoint your third eye, heart, and soles of the feet. As you do, affirm:
“My body is the temple, my heart is the altar, and my light body is my Merkabah.”

Through these practices, your light body awakens into the full expression of the Akh — radiant, balanced, and aligned with divine purpose.

What We Lost When We Turned Away from the Ancient Egyptian Mysteries

When humanity turned away from the ancient Egyptian spiritual understanding, we lost more than rituals and symbols — we lost the memory of what it means to be a divine human incarnate.

Egyptian spirituality did not separate the human from the divine. It taught that the sacred could be lived and breathed through every action, every heartbeat, and every breath of life. The Priestesses and Priests of the temples did not seek to escape the physical world; they sought to sanctify it, recognizing the body as a vessel for divine light and the Earth as a reflection of the heavens.

When we disregarded this wisdom, we began to see ourselves as fallen, unworthy, and separate from Source. We forgot that enlightenment was not meant to be an escape but a full embodiment of the divine — to walk as living stars upon the Earth.

Living as a Divine Human

To live as a divine human is to walk as love embodied — to speak light, breathe peace, and create beauty from the heart. Your energy field becomes your temple; your body, a living Merkabah of golden light. Through this, you not only heal yourself but radiate healing to the world.

A Return to Divine Humanity

To awaken the Ka, Ba, and Merkabah is to remember that we were never separate from the divine. The true ascension is not an escape from the human experience but its sanctification.

You are the continuation of the Egyptian initiates, the Magdalene lineage, and the Christ Light itself — the living bridge between heaven and Earth. When you embody this truth, you become a vessel of healing, love, and divine remembrance for all.

You are the temple.
You are the chariot.
You are the light.
