In the Northern Hemisphere Summer is coming to an end and we are moving into Autumn/Fall. On the Shamanic Medicine wheel the autumn fall is a time of release, a time of the black jaguar, the mysteries of the sea, going inward for self reflection and emotional healing. This is the energy of Grandmother Moon.
In this video I team plants from the Rose Family together that are known to support and strengthen the heart, mind and soul. This honey infusion works on the physical and energetic planes to bring healing to the heart. The honey pulls the water soluble properties out of the plants and into itself creating an
Overall Benefits of the Porridge The above porridge is a hearty nourishing meal that can be served as a breakfast, lunch or brunch. Let me begin by saying don’t be fooled by the Cider label as this herbal remedy uses Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey (ideally Manuka honey that is warmed) and no alcohol is used in the recipe. Fire Cider is a traditional drink prepared to boost the immune system and to ward off viruses and infections,
Oxymels only need 3 ingredients Equal parts Herb+Honey+Apple Cider Vinegar Oxymels are an age old remedy that can be taken as a 5 ml dose once or twice a day. An Oxymel combines the sweet taste of the honey with the sour taste of the apple cider vinegar giving us a sweet and sour herbal
Green Juice is perfect for summer time. I always try to have a couple of weeks in the summer where I make and consume both red and green juices. What I love about Green juice is it’s versality, if you don’t have an ingredient, no problem substitute it or leave it out. It’s easy to
Long before modern medicine based on science, healing was a spiritual, emotional, and physical art woven into daily life—carried out by mothers, midwives, shamans, priestesses, and wise women of every culture. The women’s way of healing was to work with what ever she had. Picture a woman living in a field wherever, the country fields
There are always 2 sides to a story. We have been given a very one sided view of The Creator Source. Ever wondered what happened to The Divine Feminine Face of The Creator? An article that starts like this “There are profound metaphors of God as feminine in the Hebrew Old Testament” will always peak
Mary Magdalene’s Feast day is the 22nd July this is always an exciting time for me because this is when many of my favourite speakers come together to retell hidden and known stories about Mary Magdalene. The story of the red egg has always fascinated me yet it required some detective work over the years

20 Ways to Spiritually Cleanse Your Energy This Weekend
If you’ve been feeling heavy, scattered, emotionally tired, or “not quite yourself,” it doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you.
It often means your energy needs clearing — not through force or fixing, but through presence, intention, and gentle ritual.
Spiritual cleansing doesn’t have to be dramatic or complicated. Small, intentional acts done with awareness can create profound shifts.
Choose one or two of these practices this weekend. That’s more than enough.
1. Spend 10–15 Minutes Connecting With Nature
Step outside and allow nature to hold you.
Sit on a bench in a peaceful park, walk by the sea or a river, or sit quietly under a tree. Let your breath slow and your body soften.
Nature naturally grounds excess energy and calms the nervous system.
2. Water Release Ritual (Swimming or Sacred Bathing)
Water carries energy away.
If it’s safe, go swimming in the sea, a lake, a river, or a pool. If swimming isn’t possible, take a deliberate shower or bath.
As the water flows, say silently:
“I release what no longer serves me.”
Visualise heaviness dissolving and washing away.
3. Smoke Release Ritual
Use incense, herbs, or ethically sourced palo santo.
Gently move the smoke around your body and through your space, focusing on corners and doorways.
Set the intention:
“I clear stagnant, heavy, or unwanted energy.”
Always prioritise ventilation and fire safety.
4. Burning & Releasing Unwanted Energy (Safely)
Write down emotions, memories, habits, or beliefs you’re ready to release.
Burn the paper safely in a fireproof container or outdoors.
As it burns, say:
“I release this with gratitude and welcome renewal.”
5. Violet Flame Cleansing Visualization
Close your eyes and imagine a soft violet flame surrounding your body.
See it gently dissolving emotional residue, negative thought patterns, and energetic attachments.
Affirm:
“I allow the Violet Flame to transmute all energy not aligned with my highest good.”
Stay for 1–3 minutes.
6. White Pillar of Light Protection Cleanse
Visualise a brilliant white pillar of light descending from above.
See it entering through your crown, flowing through your body, and anchoring deep into the earth.
Say:
“I am protected, supported, and aligned.”
7. Heart-Centred Breathing & Loving Energy Meditation
Place one hand on your heart.
Breathe slowly into the heart space. With each inhale, receive love. With each exhale, send love — to yourself first, then outward to loved ones and the world.
This practice cleanses energy through compassion and connection.
8. Create a Sacred Pause (Stillness Ritual)
Set aside 5–10 minutes of complete stillness.
No phone. No music. No fixing.
Sit quietly and allow your system to reset naturally. Stillness itself is deeply cleansing.
9. Prayer to God or the Divine Higher Power
Speak a prayer from your heart.
Ask for guidance, peace, protection, or clarity. Offer gratitude for what has carried you through.
Prayer aligns energy through humility and trust.
10. Play Sacred Sounds, Music, or Chants
Sound moves energy quickly.
Play religious music, mantras, chants, healing frequencies, or nature sounds. Let them fill your space and body.
Allow the vibration to do the work.
11. Clean Your Physical Space With Intention
As you tidy or clean, say:
“As I clear this space, I clear my energy.”
Open windows to allow fresh air to circulate and carry stagnation away.
12. Connect With Crystals or Sacred Objects
Hold a crystal, rosary, talisman, or meaningful object.
Let it symbolise grounding, protection, or clarity — not dependency.
Your intention is the true source of power.
13. Gentle Movement or Intuitive Stretching
Move your body slowly and intuitively.
Stretch, sway, or walk gently. Let movement release stuck energy without effort or performance.
14. Speak a Boundary Out Loud
Energetic cleansing often requires verbal clarity.
Say:
“I release what is not mine to carry.” “I choose peace over pressure.”
Your nervous system responds to your voice.
15. Gratitude Grounding
Place a hand on your heart and name three things you are grateful for.
Gratitude stabilises and seals energetic work.
16. Write a Forgiveness Letter (You Don’t Have to Send)
Write honestly to someone — or yourself — expressing what you’re ready to release.
End with:
“I choose peace.”
Tear up the letter or store it safely.
17. Salt Cleanse for the Energy Field
Add salt to a bath, foot soak, or bowl of water.
As you soak or rinse, imagine salt neutralising heavy energy and restoring balance.
18. Mirror Work And Affirmation Reset
Stand in front of a mirror.
Look gently into your eyes and say:
“I honour my journey.” “I am allowed to rest.” “I am safe with myself.”
19. Candle Intention Ritual
Light a candle and focus on the flame.
Set an intention for clarity, peace, or renewal. Let the candle burn safely while you remain present.
20. End the Weekend With Rest
True cleansing often completes itself through rest.
Nap, go to bed early, or spend time doing nothing without guilt.
Rest integrates everything.
Final Reminder
You do not need to do all 20. One conscious choice is enough.
Spiritual cleansing is not about perfection — it is about coming back into alignment with yourself.
May this weekend bring you clarity, softness, and renewal!!
